Delete Your GroceryChop Account

This page explains how to delete your GroceryChop account (operated by Azenshials LLC) and the data associated with it. You can request deletion at any time using any of the methods below.
Delete your account instantly
If you are signed in, you can permanently delete your account right here. This removes your account and all associated personal data immediately.
Other ways to delete your account
You can also request deletion through either of these methods:
- In the GroceryChop mobile app: open Profile, then tap Delete account and confirm.
- On the website: go to your Account page, open the Profile tab, and choose Delete account under “Danger Zone.”
- By email: write to sw@grocerychop.com from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and login credentials (email, name, and authentication details).
- Your saved grocery lists and list items.
- Your price watches and price-drop notifications.
- Your email and push-notification preferences and any device push tokens.
- Any shared lists you created.
What data is kept
We retain anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably be used to identify you (for example, de-identified usage counts). This data is not linked to your name, email, or account, and is kept for research and product-improvement purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also retain limited records where a longer retention period is required by law.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you create a new account later, it will start fresh with no previous data.
